Sales Officer - Retail Sale Equipment Power Generator in Kollam, Kerala
Job profile:
1. Designation: Sales Officer Retail Sales Generator.
2.This is a Sales job and not branch operations job.Requires field work.
3.Will be required to generate business for designated branch in the assigned geography.
4. Providing support to branch profitability by selling generator product petrol & diesel Generators through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
5.Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.
7.Two wheeler Required.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure quality new order for generator through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area.
2. Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
3. Meet productivity norms defined through support of channels and own effort .
4. Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling,
e-mailing and Team leader support and tapping walks-ins wherever possible.
5.Generation leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups.

Eligibility:
1. Age: 20-30 years
2. Minimum +2, BE/B.Tech/Hotel Management qualification.Fresh graduates and post graduates -Final year result awaited students can also apply.
3.0-5 years of experience in sales.Fresher's with inclination towards retail banking sales can also apply.
4. Must NOT have any blood relatives (eg: parents,brothers,sisters,children or spouse)currently working with us.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary Range: - INR 1.2 to 1.8 Lakhs p.a
Exp/Qual: Freshers 1 to 3 yrs More than 3yrs
1. +2 Rs.1,20,000/- Rs.1,44,000/- Rs.1,56,000/
2. Grad: Rs.1,44,000/- Rs.1,68,000/- Rs.1,80,000/-
# above figures are inclusive of conveyance allowances.
3. Selected candidate will also be eligible Mediclaim of Rs.100,000/- after six months of confirmation.
