Data Management Manager (m/f), Kollam in Kollam, Kerala

Your tasks:
- Prepare appropriate formatting to datasets as requested
- Analyze clinical data using appropriate statistical tools
- Train staff on technical procedures or software program usage
- Prepare data analysis listings and activity, performance, or progress reports
- Develop or select specific software programs for various research scenarios
- Supervise the work of data management project staff
- Contribute to the compilation, organization, and production of protocols, clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, or other controlled documentation
- Design forms for receiving, processing, or tracking data
Your skills:
- Using scientific rules and methods to solve problems
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
- Expertise in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Proficiency in the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo. This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal
- Teaching others how to do something
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures
- Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose andtreat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures.
