Manager Customer Service (m/f), Kollam in Kollam, Kerala

Your tasks:
- Propose & implement training support needed and other issues to ensure reps are supported effectively for new product knowledge
- Assist in the development, testing and communication of operational procedures to ensure quality and productivity standards are being met
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer service needs, proactively addressing any service gaps
- Evaluation of current support locations and resources, influence & develop support changes within customer support
- Work to increase customer satisfaction in the team through employee roundtables, focus groups and sharing best practices with field sales, regional managers and management
- Contribute to our customer service strategies and initiatives
Your skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills are required
- Understanding of and experience with service level agreements
- Good listening and consultative skills
- Degree in Business, Operations or related field
- Experience building/managing a virtual workforce strongly preferred
- Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment, proven ability to re-prioritize tasks while meeting required and expected deadlines
- Significant customer service skills and 3-5 years of in-bound customer service experience
- Customer service management experience required, preferably managing multiple customer service locations
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including senior management
