Your tasks:
- Assisting and organizing work to ensure that all questions are answered and all work is properly prepared for production
- Becoming intuitive to processes and workflow, and making recommendations for streamlined workflow
- Ability to efficiently manage scheduling of multiple projects simultaneously
- Detailed review of event proofs
- Daily interaction with client and internal team in matters pertaining to scheduling and project detail
Your skills:
- 2-3 years experience project/traffic management in an advertising agency setting or recent college graduate motivated to begin a career
- Computer savvy, comfortable with Mac and Microsoft applications
- Must have a flexible work schedule
- Familiarity with Advertising production processes
- Traffic communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining clear and precise communication within a team setting
- Well organized and a stickler for detail
- Excellent proofreading skills
