Your tasks:
- Modifying copy as necessary to conform to publication’s style and marking copy for production and art director
- Solicit books for review
- Send authors copies
- Phone contact with authors, reviewers, co-workers, members, subscribers, and clients
- Process incoming manuscripts
- Assist Book Review Editor
Your skills:
- Professional demeanor, reliable and well-spoken with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
- Must have a professional personal presentation and professional manners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of outlook, word and excel
- Must be very dependable
