Director Communications (m/f), Kollam in Kollam, Kerala

Your tasks:
- Work with outside vendors when appropriate
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print collateral
- Manage electronic newsletter,serving as lead editor, writer, and process manager
- As a member of the Communications team, the Director will work with teammatesto generate online content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action
- Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual communications plan
- Serve as a key writer, working with Senior Director to continually hone and integrate meaningful messages into appropriately targeted communications
Your skills:
- Superior project management and organization skills
- Exceptional written, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interface with multiple audiences, internal teams and stakeholders while presenting complex ideas clearly and in an engaging manner
-Must have strong time management skills and remain flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, many with tight deadlines
- Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with interactive design, website management/maintenance and email marketing platforms
