Area Sales Manager (m/f), Kollam in Kollam, Kerala

Your tasks:
- Analyze sales data and report in order to make relevant business decisions
- Manage staff to ensure the maximization of store level sales opportunities through in-store promotions and customer service
- Ensure compliance and implementation of all company safety policies and procedures- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and development of all depot sales staff
- Manage staff to achieve sales, merchandising, and in-store execution goals
- Prepare and present financial and budget reports to management on status and key performance indicators
- Manage customer relationships through continuous communications between sales, merchandising, and distribution
- Operations to ensure maximum efficiencies and customer service
- Manage the preparation of sales forecasts to generate replenishment plans
- Monitor ongoing sales and expense performance, communicate results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Your skills:
- Basic proficiency in the use of a personal computer
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Basic understanding of financial/business requirements
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- The ability to effectively present information in group settings to a wide variety of audiences
